Terms & Conditions 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they explain the services provided, payment terms, and your responsibilities. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

You will be informed of the total price upfront before I start designing, there will be no additional charges beyond the total fee provided to you.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. I will not start designing your mock ups without this payment. 

The remaining 50% will be required on project completion before receiving your final product. Late payment may result in project delay. 

A £5 delivery fee will be required for anyone ordering marketing materials.

Anyone requesting a website will need to cover the cost of their own domain.

If you are ordering any of my marketing materials, you will be required to sign a form to say your 100% happy with your final product before i send it off to be printed.

I offer add-ons to any package to better suit your business needs. However, additional charges may apply, and these will be clearly communicated upfront. There will be no surprise charges.

If a client requests changes to a logo or website design, after the project commenced, additional charges may apply. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your final product before you sign. This only applies for the standard website package. 

Estimated timelines for project completion will be provided at the start. Delays in payment , client feedback etc may effect these timelines.
